By accessing or using MentionsFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
You may use MentionsFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the brand, competitor, and prompt information you configure.
Accounts & subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Third-party AI platforms
MentionsFlow retrieves publicly available responses from third-party AI assistants to generate visibility reports. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy or availability of those third-party services.
Intellectual property
MentionsFlow and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reports generated for your account are yours to use.
Limitation of liability
MentionsFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
